CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50%, of the remaining balance owed, cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge 100% of the service for same day cancellations, if you arrive past the 7 min. grace period or no call/no show. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be used on a rescheduled appointment if you reschedule before 48hrs of your scheduled appointment. A new deposit will be needed to make a new appointment if canceled. Forms of payment: Cash (Preferred) (Exact Change) Zelle Credit/ Debit (3.5% processing fee) NO REFUNDS *Cannot combine more than 1 offer.
